The Centre for Alternative Technology is an environmental charity aiming to 'inspire, inform, and enable' people to live more sustainably. A solutions driven organisation, offering practical solutions to environmental problems, their key areas of work are renewable energy, environmental building, energy efficiency, organic growing and alternative sewage systems.

Recycle Now

The Recycle Now campaign has been created and is run by WRAP, which stands for the Waste & Resources Action Programme.

WRAP

WRAP's mission is to accelerate resource efficiency by creating efficient markets for recycled materials and products, while removing barriers to waste minimisation, re-use and recycling.

CRA

Ceredigion Recycling Association is an incorporated community organisation set up as a partnership of statutory and voluntary organisations throughout the county of Ceredigion - to act as a vehicle through which waste materials from around the county can be collected, reprocessed, and turned into useful new products, instead of throwing away unwanted material, and so wasting our resources.

Waste Aware Scotland

Waste Aware Scotland is a national campaign that aims to change public attitudes and behaviour towards waste. Local campaigns are being run across Scotland to increase waste awareness and encourage people to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

reuze brings you the how, what and where of recycling in the United Kingdom. It aims to bring together the three parts of the recyling problem. Those with waste to recycle, organisations that reuse that waste and products made from recycled waste.
